Registration Fees

An accepted paper will appear in the conference proceedings if at least one of the authors registers at one of the author rates listed in the table below:

Please note that you have to press the "Add to Cart" button after each selection.  Each time you press the button, you will be redirected to a PayPal page which shows you the content of the cart and the total Registration Fees.  You can update the content of the cart any time you wish before finalizing Your registration.  You can also experiment with the various Registration Fees as you wish, as long as you do not activate the checkout button on the PayPal Page.

Authors and Attendees Registration:

- Author rate covers registration fees for one paper and one attending author.  Co-authors and other attendees must register as attendees.

- A registered author is entitled to receive one copy of conference proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Two lunch tickets, and one Gala Dinner ticket.

- Attendees rate covers Coffee Breaks, and two lunch tickets,

Refund and Cancellation policy:

- A 50 % refund fees applies to all cancellations before the author registration deadline of 5th April, 2013. 

- There is no cancellation (0% refund) after the author registration deadline of 5th April, 2013.
