Dear Student / Team Member,

Welcome to the ITSAF 2013 Students Competition. 

ITSAF 2013 Project Themes:

• General ICT Applications (Software & Hardware)
• Renewable Energy, Sustainability & Environmental Projects (Software & Hardware)
• Robotics to save the Planet
• Research Projects

Participation Steps:

1- Registration

• Register your self as a student at the ITSAF 2013 website.  The registration process is simple
• Check your registered email, and click on the confirmation link provided.
• Login to the website with your username and password
• Please note that you will not be able to submit your project without registration.

2- Teams:

Check with your supervisor to make sure that he/she already created the project teams on the ITSAF website.

If your team has been created, you should receive an email from the ITSAF Admin containing account information.

3- Uploading required documents:

You or any of your team members will be able now (after logon) to upload the required material which includes:

• Abstract
• A two minute Video
• Presentation Slides

Select the name of your Team / Project from the right-side menu on the home page as shown below:

Select "Abstract Submit" from the list of tasks as shown below, and start uploading your file.  Please note that uploads will be closed after deadline.

5- Check the status of your project:

Once your work is uploaded, and the submission phase is closed.  Reviewers and Judges will evaluate your team's work.  You will be able to check the status and the final result for your team online.
