Dear University Supervisor,

We would like to invite you to participate at the ITSAF 2013 students Competition.  This year we are encouraging students projects that fall under the following categories:

ITSAF 2013 Project Themes:

• General ICT Applications (Software & Hardware)
• Renewable Energy, Sustainability & Environmental Projects (Software & Hardware)
• Robotics to save the Planet
• Research Projects

Participation Steps:

1- Registration

• Register your self as a supervisor at the ITSAF 2013 website.  The registration process is simple
• Check your registered email, and click on the confirmation link provided.
• Login to the website with your username and password
• Ask each team member (students) to register too.

2- Team Creation:

As a supervisor, you can create a maximum of three teams.  Each team will have at most three students.

• Create your teams
• Press on the following button, and complete the form.
• You can submit the form, and then work on it at a later time
• Some fields can be left blank and filled later, even after submission
• The Team creation process will be closed at the deadline of submission
• To edit an already submitted form, just press on the same team creation button.

3- Wait for Confirmation from ITSAF Admin:

Once all students have registered, and you completed the creation of your teams, the administrator of ITSAF will create your project and assign to it the team members with proper privileges.

You should receive an email which states that your account is ready for uploading.

4- Uploading required documents:

You or any of your team members will be able now (after logon) to upload the required material which includes:

• Abstract
• A two minute Video
• Presentation Slides

Select the name of your Team / Project from the right-side menu on the home page as shown below:

Select "Abstract Submit" from the list of tasks as shown below, and start uploading your file.  Please note that uploads will be closed after deadline.

5- Check the status of your project:

Once your work is uploaded, and the submission phase is closed.  Reviewers and Judges will evaluate your team's work.  You will be able to check the status and the final result for your team online.
