PAPER SUBMISSION AND AUTHOR GUIDELINES

• if the paper is not presented at the conference, it will be excluded from appearning at the proceedings
• Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission).
• All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (9) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges. Each additional page will inccure a charge of USD 50 if accepted for a maximum of 12 pages for the entire paper. Papers exceed 12 pages will not be accepted, nor reviewed at all.
• Manuscript submissions should be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) only
• Margins: these must be strictly followed. Manuscripts cannot be accepted for review until proper margins are used.

• Manuscript should NOT have headers, footers
• Pages in the manuscript should be numbered at the top right conrner of every page except the first page.
