Guidelines for Presenters
IT-DREPS 2013 Guidelines
Authors with accepted papers are required to present their work at the conference presentation sessions. To ensure proper planning for the presentation ahead of time, please read the following instructions:
Login to EDAS and select My - My Papers:
Press on the Presentation icon, and start uploading your presentation. Presentation can be any type of file.
Upload your Biography (50 to 80 words) and Photo
From EDAS Main Menu Select My - My Profile.
From the Profile Menu, select Edit
Select the First Option from the drop down menu (change email address, affiliation, ...etc)
Update your Profile including your Bio as shown above.
Each presentation is given 20 minutes, this includes:
- 15 minutes for the entire presentations
- 5 minutes for Q & A
A PC with Microsoft Windows operating system and a Data show projector will be provided in each session room. For the presentation, each PC will be installed with Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
